From Gränna strandens camping, it is neither long distances to Kolmården, Astrid Lindgren’s World, or High Chaparall so why not set the caravan on the campsite and take day trips? It will only take you about 1.5 hours from the campsite to any of these places.
On the days you do not want to sit in the car there’s plenty to do in Gränna and on Visingsö!
Is it really summer weather you can take a quiet day at the beach with sun and bath and lots of ice cream. You will find both ice cream and restaurants next to the beach.
For those who want a bit more active holiday there are beautiful hiking trails around both Gränna and Visingsö, horse riding, ballooning, golf course and the opportunity to rent a bike at Visingsö.
Take a look at the tourist office website and you will find lots of suggestions on attractions, restaurants, candy cane production, and much, much more. A tip at rainy weather: Take a trip to the Rosenlund’s waterpark or visit Upptech, a science center for children. For those who like shopping there is the shopping center A6. All are located in Jönköping, only 20 minutes from the campsite.
